ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management

The ILM Level 3 Award Program in Leadership and Management is designed for newly appointed Supervisors and Managers, and will help you get started in a career in management. Candidates can select from a wide range of 25+ management courses.

 

On completion of a minimum of 4 credits and the associated assessments, candidates receive the Level 3 Award from the ILM. This qualification can be used in career progression, and as credits towards the Certificate and Diploma Programs and Level 5 Qualification Programs.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: There are no formal entry requirements but participants will normally be practicing or aspiring first line managers with the opportunity to meet the assessment demands and have a background that will enable them to benefit from the program



PROGRAM DURATION: Learners are free to complete the ILM Award and Certificate programs at their own pace. However, the Award in Leadership and Management must be completed within 8 months from the date of enrolment. You will need to set aside about 6 hours per week to complete this program in 4 to 6 weeks.



ASSESSMENT: The assessments required for the program comprise One Work-based assignment (4 to 5 pages),for each Unit.

 

EXTENSIVE FREE RESOURCES: 100+ page plus learning manual, articles, workboosk and case studies are provided with every course, and are free to download.

 

CONTINUOUS SUPPORT: a dedicated coach will provide you with continuous support throughout the period of enrolment, and work with you to complete your assignments.

 

ILM MEMBERSHIP: In addition, enrollment and membership in the ILM is included in your course fee (at a cost of £75), which gives you access to an extensive online library of learning resources.
