ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management

The ILM Level 5 Certificate Program in Leadership and Management is designed to enable experienced managers, acquire a strong qualification which will enable them to enter a senior management role. Candidates are free to select courses which best meet their personal development needs from a suite of 25 comprehensive courses.

 

On completion of a minimum of 13 credits and the associated assessments, candidates receive the Level 5 Certificate from the ILM. This qualification can be used in career progression, and as credits towards the Certificate and Diploma Programs (which can also be use credited towards selected degree programs in Management).

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: There are no formal entry requirements but participants will normally be practicing or aspiring first line managers with the opportunity to meet the assessment demands and have a background that will enable them to benefit from the program



PROGRAM DURATION: Learners are free to complete the ILM Certificate program at their own pace. However, the Certificate in Leadership and Management must be completed within 1 year from the date of enrolment. You will need to set aside about 6 hours per week to complete this program in 4 to 6 months.



ASSESSMENT: The assessments required for the program comprise One Work-based assignment (9 to 10 pages),for each Unit.

 

EXTENSIVE FREE RESOURCES: 100+ page plus learning manual, articles, workboosk and case studies are provided with every course, and are free to download.

 

CONTINUOUS SUPPORT: a dedicated coach will provide you with continuous support throughout the period of enrolment, and work with you to complete your assignments.

 

ILM MEMBERSHIP: In addition, enrollment and membership in the ILM is included in your course fee (at a cost of £121), which gives you access to an extensive online library of learning resources.
